Repeat Infringer Policy We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Seller Guidelines Sellers on Minifilm LLC have the ability to outline the specific terms under which their content may be used, including usage rights, distribution permissions, and any limitations. Minifilm LLC does not provide sync licenses or enter into any direct agreements regarding content use all agreements are solely between the seller and the buyer. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure their content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
