User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and www.mini-film.com governing your use of our platform.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and maintain your account security.

2. Content Guidelines

  • You warrant that you own or have rights to upload content.
  • You grant Minifilm LLC a limited license to use your content for platform functionality.
  • You may specify how buyers may use your content by setting licensing terms.
  • Prohibited Content: Users are forbidden from uploading content that infringes on any third-party rights.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All marketplace sales are final unless stated otherwise.
  • Refund requests must comply with our Refund Policy.
  • Disputes over payments will be handled according to the Dispute Resolution clause.

4. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or as permitted by law.

 

  • Mediation: Parties may first attempt to resolve disputes through mediation facilitated by Minifilm LLC

Calling all filmmakers and video producers! MiniFilm is having our FIRST OFFICIAL CONTEST! See rules below:

  1. Open to EVERYONE who loves making videos
  2. Must be a paid member of the website.
  3. Create a short series of 5 videos max (up to 10 minutes per episode, please make sure the plot is non- offensive and original. Music videos are welcomed, too!)
  4. Submit to our shared link voting platform by October 20th, 2025. Links only please! No files!
  5. All submitted videos will be voted on by the public.
  6. There will be ONE winner that will get awarded $500! In addition to having their series showcased on the site and on our socials for the fans to see!
Feel free to collaborate with other members, video producers, and musicians. We are so excited to see everyone’s submissions and discover some up and coming talent! :)
